RESOLUTION:

0.1° for -199.9° ~ +300.0°



ACCURACY:

± 2°C from -200°C ~ -50°C (or 4°F from -328°F ~ -58°F)

± 1°C from -49°C ~ +300°C (or 1.8°F from -56.2°F ~ +572°F)

Accuracy is specified for operating temperatures over the range of 18°C to 28°C (64°F to 82°F). The basic accuracy specification does not include the error of the thermocouple probe.



AMBIENT TEMPERATURE FOR PLASTIC CASING:

-10°C ~ +50°C (or +14°F ~ +122°F)



OPERATION:

Press ON/OFF, the timer begins to count. The temperature displays.



TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT

Press °F/°C to select desired unit.



HOLD/TEST FUNCTION:

Press H/T, "HOLD" sign flashes on the display to retain temperature tested. Press H/T again and will go back to testing mode. "HOLD" sign will disappear.



MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM FUNCTION:

Press MAX/MIN, "MIN" appears with the minimum temperature tested. Press again. "MAX" appears with the maximum temperature tested.
